Accessibility and sensitive information

You do not need to tell us your diagnosis to ask for an adjustment.

Please share only what we need to understand your request. Where we need to record health or disability information, we will explain why, who can access it and how long we keep it. We will obtain your explicit consent unless another lawful condition applies.

Who receives your information

We use the following platforms, depending on how you interact with us:

  • Workshop attendance records: 2 years after the workshop.

  • Accessibility requests: 3 months after the workshop, unless ongoing support is agreed.

  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, with a review after 2 years of inactivity. We keep a minimal record of unsubscribe requests to respect your preferences.

We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. Relevant records may be kept longer to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Each workshop listing explains the topic, dates, duration, delivery method, price and what is included.

Your place is confirmed when we issue a booking confirmation following successful payment, unless the listing states otherwise.

Prices show the total payable, including VAT where applicable.

Joining online workshops

Joining instructions will be sent to the email address used for your booking.

You will need a suitable device, internet connection and access to the platform named in the listing. Please contact us before the session if your joining instructions have not arrived.

Self-service training access

Paid self-service training is accessed through our website on Wix.

Your purchase includes 12 months’ access from the purchase date, unless the course listing states otherwise. The access period and what is included will be shown before you pay.

Access is for the named learner only. Please do not share your login or copy, sell or distribute course materials without written permission.

Self-service training access and cancellation

Self-service training is available through our Wix website immediately after successful payment. Access lasts for 12 months from purchase, unless the course listing states otherwise.

Before immediate access begins, we ask for your express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right once the digital content is supplied. We confirm this in your purchase confirmation.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

Financial Records

invoices, payment and accounting records are kept for 6 years from the end of the company financial year they relate to, or longer where legally required.

Accessibility

We want our workshops to be accessible. Contact enquiries@gwspartners.co.uk to discuss adjustments before booking or as soon as possible afterwards.

We will discuss what we can reasonably provide. You do not need to provide a diagnosis.

Cancellations and refunds

To cancel or request a transfer, email enquiries@gwspartners.co.uk with your name and booking details.

  • At least 7 days before the first session: you can cancel for a full refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the first session: you can transfer your booking once to a future workshop, subject to availability. Please contact us before your original workshop starts.

  • Once the series has started: we do not normally refund missed sessions.

If GWS cancels or changes a workshop

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off period.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies to an online service booking, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel.

If you ask us to start delivering the service during that period, we will obtain your express request. If you then cancel, you may need to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided. The right ends once the service is fully delivered only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Participation and privacy

We do not record our live workshops. Participants must not record, photograph or take screenshots of sessions.

Please respect other participants’ privacy and do not share their personal stories or identifying information outside the workshop. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing, as we cannot guarantee other participants’ actions.

Self-service training is available to purchase separately. It is not included in your workshop booking unless the listing states otherwise.

Workshop materials

Materials are provided for your personal learning. Please do not reproduce, sell, publish or distribute them without written permission.

Scope of our workshops

Our workshops provide education and practical skills. They do not provide diagnosis, therapy or individual medical advice.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website.

We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising results and support relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
